Full Job Description
In reporting to the Management the Regional Sales Manager role is to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales quotas for the US. A successful candidate in this role will have a solid experience selling complex RF connector solutions to customers in telecommunication, broadcast, instrumentation, medical and industrial markets.
Having strong and excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and is comfortable working remote.
High proportion of travel activities can apply (dependend on Covid situation).

Duties & Responsibilities

Meet and surpass sales and revenue targets as set by the company for the Region. Accountable for day-to-day sales activities including but not limited to forecasting, web requests assignment and timely response, bid/quote delivery and pipeline accuracy.
Meet the company short-term and long-term sales and revenues objectives. Increase the company presence in the US.
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between Customers and the Company. Plan and present reports on Customer progress, goals, and monthly/quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders.
Provide detail annual review (strategy, forecast, issues) and quarterly updates. Coordinate with the management team and company personnel including Market Segment Leaders, Field Application Engineers, and Senior Management.
Proactively address customer issues and make sure they are closed to the customer satisfaction.

Make recommendations and participate at sales events, trade shows, conference, seminars, and web meetings to promote the company products. Manage and ensure processes are in place to respond, qualify and follow-up leads and requests from sales events, (trade shows, conference, seminars etc.), marketing activities (publication, social media and other) or other activities.

Provide monthly reporting on sales KPI’s for the Region and make recommendations to Management as needed.

The Individual
Field Application Engineering background and work experience. Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager/Regional Sales Director, selling RF Connectors / Connector solutions to Telecommunication and/or Industrial customers. Comprehensive understanding of Telecommunications/Industrial Market (RF) interconnect technologies and trends. Strong track record of customer relationship management. Proven track record in sales growth and region management. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Efficient and process driven approach. Able to rapidly learn about products/solutions, competitive advantages. Results Driven, taking ownership of achieving a desired outcome.
