As Head of PMO, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our global project management organization and driving the successful execution of our strategic "Fit for Future" initiatives. You will lead an international team, foster crossfunctional and cross-cultural collaboration, and drive the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and tools. In addition, you will champion innovation by integrating modern technologies and AIdriven solutions into the project landscape. This position is primarily based at our largest production and R&D facility in Sopron, Hungary, and requires close cooperation with our international locations, particularly in China.
